Mount Holyoke

This project is a rebuild for a multigenerational family. The home is a Spanish Modern oasis with an open living area, outdoor pool, and materials driven interior. We were able to achieve a home twice the size with out 110% EO-1 rebuild guidelines by being creative about our approach.
