Mount Holyoke

A Spanish Modern rebuild for three generations on a Palisades hillside organized around a central datum to the view beyond. We used traditional massing with modern lines and materiality to create something unique to our client’s aesthetic. We staying within our 110% rebuild allowance but were able to add an additional 1,200 SF by carefully studying our records and using the code to our advantage.
